Being Alone

The dreaded fear of being alone. This usually starts in childhood due to many factors including trauma. This then manifests into a very insecure adult. We have a hard time being alone with ourselves, finding peace in it. It seems so sad, so lonely. There is a way to combat this loneliness and thrive. What if you could be happy doing your own thing, eating alone, traveling alone? I could never do that you may say, but you can. Realizing your most dreaded fears is part of your growth.
