Calorie Deficit and Menopause

Are you aware of your caloric deficit that enables weight loss? A deficit of 500 calories a day times 7 days in a week equals 1 pound of weight loss. That doesn’t seem like much, but it adds up fast. In this podcast, we will investigate calorie deficit and how menopause influences it. A yogurt or a mini candy bar can be a few calories that cancel your deficit.
