My Book, Leave your Sh*t Here

Did you know I was a co-author of a great workbook? It’s a great book on how to start your mental health journey through writing and releasing. This technique has proven to be very successful for many of my patients. I use this technique myself. If you are considering working on your mental health and don’t know where to start or if you are in the middle, this book is for you. There is every topic that plagues our subconscious from A-Z. Start anywhere in the book and look for chapters that stand out to you. There is no right or wrong if you start somewhere.
